Keely has been involved in real estate and financial services since 2001. Initially as an administrator, she gained mortgage industry knowledge while specializing in Reverse Mortgages since 2004. Excelling first as a loan processor, Ms. Maglaughlin quickly became the office manager, eventually transitioned to Vice-President and now the President. As President, she is responsible for product flow, compliance, marketing, expansion, day-to-day activities, and personnel management, just to name a few. 

Keely and her team created a program to help bridge the gap between Loan Officers and Lenders. The Advent team now handles all the daily processing and operation tasks, with her oversight of course. Keely is now focused on Originations to help build and expand the company. 

In 2004 Keely also started a title company to handle the settlement portion of the Reverse Mortgage transaction as well. This has enabled her, the team, and the company to be a one stop shop for the entire Reverse Mortgage transaction. 

Bruce Winstead has been in the Reverse Mortgage Business for over 15 years. Mr. Winstead was a REALTOR, New homes sales manager and reverse mortgage manager. He is a local speaker at many Real Estate associations and has helped realtors with the knowledge of how seniors can use the reverse mortgage retirement plan to downsize and purchase a new home with no principle and interest mortgage payments. Some seniors are using the proceeds from the reverse mortgage to pay off their existing mortgage and helping their kids with the down payment for their own home.
